MISSION STATEMENT <\/strong>I strive to approach teaching from a goal-oriented stance through emphasis on a flexible and adaptive program that includes different methods of teaching.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>I believe in designing and executing lessons that maximize the learning of students by reflecting on optimal difficulty, variable group dynamics, and engagement through active learning.<\/p>\n

My vision for my classroom involves students motivated to learn through interest, a positive classroom community founded on choice with boundaries, and building inclusion and teamwork by encouraging social interaction within activities in group work.<\/p>\n
