He is currently also the chair of\u00a0<a title=\"http:\/\/sts.arts.ubc.ca\/\" href=\"http:\/\/sts.arts.ubc.ca\/\">UBC\u2019s Science and Technology Studies Graduate Program<\/a>, which will admit its first students in autumn 2012.<\/p>\n<p>A past President of the <a title=\"http:\/\/www.hopos.org\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hopos.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">International Society for the History of Philosophy of Science<\/a> (HOPOS), Richardson is now a co-chair of the HOPOS 2012 program committee as well as a member of the Governing Board of the <a title=\"http:\/\/www.philsci.org\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.philsci.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Philosophy of Science Association<\/a> (PSA). He serves as node manager for the BC Node of the <a title=\"http:\/\/www.situsci.ca\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.situsci.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Situating Science SSHRC Knowledge Cluster Grant<\/a>.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Richardson is on the editorial board of <em>The HOPOS Journal<\/em> and of The Open Court\u2019s <em>Collected Works of Rudolf Carnap<\/em>. Among his invited speaking engagements are the 2005 Hans Reichenbach Lecture for the Department of Philosophy at UCLA, the 2009 Alberto Coffa Lecture for the Department of History and Philosophy of Science at Indiana University, and the 2011 O\u2019Neill Lectures in History of Philosophy for the Department of Philosophy at the University of New Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>He is the author of one monograph, over forty essays, and several book reviews.
