Barrie Carter's E-Portfolio Proposal

Welcome to my ETEC 590 Graduating E-Portfolio Proposal site. I decided to fashion my proposal on a blog site in order to demonstrate that I am an enthusiastic supporter and promoter of computer, Web, and educational technologies. That is, as a teacher (and learner), I am overwhelmed, yet excited, about the plethora of technologies that are now readily available and easily accessible to everyone, making the world of education, for example, much more exciting, dynamic, and, yes, fun. Imagine that!
