CLICK HERE FOR THE FINAL DRAFT SCHEDULE (PDF)

If you are a presenter or chair, please review the information about your session. We will not be able to accommodate additional requests for rescheduling, though if you notice any spelling errors or the like, please let us know as soon as possible (conference2025@bcstudies.com). A more detailed program, including specific room locations and all chairs’ names, will made available later to everyone who registers for the conference.

*A note on co-authored presentations: the names of co-authors who are co-presenting are listed on the draft schedule before the paper title; co-authors who are not taking part in the presentation of the work are listed in parentheses after the paper title. If you are a co-author, please ensure your paper is listed correctly.

When planning your schedule, we also encourage you to visit the Additional activities page to find out about special opportunities for delegates outside of the formal conference programming. This includes a Vancouver Chinatown Walking Tour + Chinese Canadian Museum Visit, led by Imogene Lim on the afternoon of Thursday 1 May!

If you are sick on the day, please do not attend the conference. Even if you feel able to attend, it is a potentially serious risk to the health of others at the conference. Masks are strongly encouraged in order to limit exposure to airborne pathogens. There will be masks available.
