If you say you&#8217;re 80% sure, you should be right roughly 80% of the time. You are not overconfident or underconfident, but instead lie in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal of calibration isn\u2019t to <em>eliminate<\/em> cognitive bias, but to enable good decisions despite it.
