Sessions on the affected server may have may have experienced the following symptoms:
- Users in session had difficulty connecting to a session or were disconnected from session
Affected sessions were restarted. Users will need to need to re-upload whiteboard slides and restart recordings.
If users are continuing to experience issues, they should consider clearing their java cache following instructions at:
