Blackboard Collaborate will be performing maintenance during the regularly scheduled maintenance window on Saturday, June 15, 2013.
Begin Time: Saturday, June 15, 2013 10:00 PM (US Eastern / GMT-4)
End Time: Sunday, June 16, 2013 2:00 AM (US Eastern / GMT-4)
Affected Users: Users that have sessions scheduled in Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing 11 or Elluminate Live! V10.
Details: During the upcoming maintenance, Blackboard Collaborate will be upgrading customers from Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing 11 and Elluminate Live! V10 to Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing V12.5. For these changes to take effect we will be restarting our servers which will affect any running session in Web Conferencing 11 or Elluminate Live! V10.
