Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing has recently experienced a service disruption. Users may have experienced the following symptoms:
- Latency when accessing SAS, Web Conferencing or Elluminate Live! V10
- Slowness when accessing services
- Inability to connect to services
Issues were intermittent and have subsided.
