The study will consist of three main data collection components focusing on student and institutional perspectives:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quantitative: Online survey, gathering current student impressions of BMS marketing strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualitative A: Open ended, casual focus group with current students and alumni.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualitative B: Focused interview with the current communication\/marketing lead to investigate the current institutional goals of BMS.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five main criteria for evaluation based on our theoretical framework:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clarity &amp; Effectiveness of Marketing Strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alignment of Expectations &amp; Experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program Communication &amp; Student Engagement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perceived Value &amp; Recommendation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gaps in Pre-Attendance Knowledge<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After comparative analysis of our data, we will design\/modify digital media products, and\/or communication protocols based on the results. Potential artifacts include Instagram story posts, creative infographics, illustrations\/graphics assets, and updating and reformatting the BMS blog website.
