At Extended Life Fitness we offer a variety of services to give older adults all the tools they need in order to succeed!

Services:

2- Personal training
3- Group fitness classes

Personal Training and Group Fitness:

Work one-on-one with one of our personal trainers and get a prescription program suited just for you. Our certified personal trainers are able to build programs tailored for your needs. They are also able to guide you through basic nutrition to compliment your fitness program. You can also try out one of our group fitness classes! Try yoga to stretch, relax and work on balance, or give the combo circuit class a go to satisfy all requirements.

At Extended Life Fitness all services are geared toward preventing and slowing the progression of chronic diseases, maintaining and enhancing functional capacity, and preventing functional limitations and disabilities. We hope to overall enhance your quality of life!

Muscle strength/endurance Sit to stand, upper body arm curl, toes raises Active daily living, physical functioning
Aerobic endurance Stair climbing, longer walks (6 min active walk) to light jog (if able), 2 min step test More energy to function throughout the day, e.g., house work, errands etc.
Balance Single leg stances with or without chair for support, walking with one foot over the other (in a line), tai chi Stimulating blood flow, reduce risk of falls, posture
