I have been encouraging the students to engage themselves in the theoretical side of Apprenticeships on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>So far, the most readily understood and relatable points from the Apprentice Mindset seem to be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Lens of Improvement<\/li>\n<li>Do a Little Better Next Time<\/li>\n<li>Ask Questions<\/li>\n<li>Share Knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I think that these are really foundation blocks for the Apprentice Mindset, and I am not surprised that these are the most readily understood.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apprentice Mindset implementation Early on in my practicum, I posted the main points from the apprentice mindset at the back of our Carpentry classroom.
