Teaching for happiness and resiliency

Dr. Ilona Boniwell discusses the importance for resiliency and happiness of students to be a main focus in education. It is stated that resilience increases when we have family and friends around us, we are aware of what we are good at and when we have evidence that we are able to overcome difficult things in our lives and when we have positive emotions. It has been found that learning those skills remains beneficial throughout life.
