After completing the TPI survey I realized that I identified with what the TPI deems the Nurturing Perspective. The philosophy behind the Nurturing Perspective is based on the belief that students become motivated and productive learners when they are working on problems without a fear of failure. In knowing this learners are nurtured in their growth and development.
