Job Description
Treasurer (1)
- Willingness to get appropriate training (free)
- Creates a yearly budget
- Works with the fundraising team to create budgets for events
- Collects and keeps record of membership fees
VP Fundraising (1)
- Works with the fundraising coordinators to plan and execute a fundraising event during the first two week of every month.
Fundraising Co-ordinators (2)
- Organizes one small fundraising event every month.
- Assists VP Fundraising with planning the event as needed

Bakesale
- Fundraising events should within the first two week of every month. Fundraising team will not be required to help packing and distributing the products.
VP Events (1)
- Works with the event coordinators to organize events to pack and distribute care packages.
- Schedules deliveries and works with VP operations to deliver the care packages
Event Coordinators (2)
- Organizes monthly events of packing and distributing
- Manages logistics (for example figuring out how many care packages are required)
- Makes sure that the bags are packed in a consistent, organized manner.
- Books room for packing bags, stores them in a secure place
VP Communications (1)
- Manages and updates care package requests every month, maintains relationships with partners
- Keeps record of contact information of partner organizations
- Effectively communicates with existing partners and volunteers.
VP Marketing (1)
- Creates a budget and a marketing plan
- Manages social media accounts
- Works with the design team to communicate our goals (advocacy) using social media as the platform
Creative Designs team (2)
- Think of creative ideas to audience engage
- Basic skills in Photoshop or Illustrator or Canva
- Take pictures during the packing and fundraising events
- Make short videos, gifs
Personal Characteristics
- Punctuality (show up at meetings on time, reply to emails promptly)
- Ability to budget time effectively and get things done
- Ability to appreciate sarcasm
- Willingness to take and give constructive criticism
- Readiness to help coworkers, even if tasks fall outside of your job description
- An openness to talk about How to Get Away with Murder.
