Land Acknowledgement, Reconnaissance du Territoire <\/strong><\/p>\n

The CASCA Local Organizing Committee for 2024 would like to acknowledge that we are uninvited <\/span>settlers<\/span> here on the traditional, an<\/span>cestral, and unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Peoples. <\/span>The Syilx Okanagan Peoples have been stewards of this land since time immemorial. We as uninvited <\/span>settlers<\/span> have a duty to <\/span>stand in solidarity with Syilx Peoples.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Le Comit\u00e9 local d’organisation de la CASCA pour 2024 souhaite reconna\u00eetre que nous sommes des colons non invit\u00e9s sur le territoire traditionnel, ancestral et non c\u00e9d\u00e9 des peuples Syilx de l’Okanagan. Les Syilx Okanagan Peoples sont les gardiens de cette terre depuis des temps imm\u00e9moriaux. En tant que colons non invit\u00e9s, nous avons le devoir d’\u00eatre solidaires des peuples Syilx.<\/em><\/p>\n
