The compnaies I want to compare each other are 24Hours and CAU news. The 24Hours is the newspaper in Vancouver and it’s where I will work for a month. THe CAU news is the newspaper in my university. It’s also the company I worked for 2 years.
As you see the table, the companies share somthing in common but they are very different for some aspects.
So when you think about the similarity first, they are very similar because they provde free newspaper for the limited community and they contain lots of contents.
But for some aspect are the things make them differenciated. For example 24 hours has lots of competitors but cau news is just a monopoly. Also, people work for 24hours are very professional but the people in CAU news are just students. In 24 hours there are lots of departments dealing with many functions other than journalism.
