My explorations with explore!
For one of our evening activities we went to the Kino-Show! The Kino-Show was a series of short films submitted by different film artists. All were in French. Some were funny, some were dramatic, some were sad… and I sort of understood some of them. My French needs more practice!
This was my first time in Montreal and it was absolutely amazing. I loved touring the city and although my feet were sore the day-trip was worth it! We could have gone with one of the group leaders but we chose to arrange our own tour of the city. I went with my friend (who had prepared a map and scoped out the best eating locations within walking distance) and some other ladies who had planned a route and knew which buses to take. I was like “wow, so that is how you plan a day trip!” I did not even know the group leaders had posted a list of locations for us to choose (which they had XD). So I witnessed some expert trip-planning in action. The following gallery showcases the locations and food 🙂
We had un grand rally after class. We went to downtown Sherbrooke and did a class activity while doing le Circuit des Murales de Sherbrooke. Above there are photos of a few of the murals, but I did not get all of them!
