I&#8217;ve been mentioned in some articles and blog posts, and even interviewed!<\/p>\n<p>First, as a result of <a title=\"Link to my blog post about this presentation\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/chendricks\/2015\/02\/18\/pres-open-ed-conf-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\">my presentation at the Open Education Conference 2014 <\/a>in Washington, DC, I was interviewed by Jenni Hayman of the <a title=\"OPN website\" href=\"https:\/\/openpolicynetwork.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Open Policy Network<\/a> about UBC&#8217;s Policy 81. You can see a video recording of this interview, which was done via Skype, <a title=\"Link to this interview on the OPN blog\" href=\"https:\/\/openpolicynetwork.org\/christina-hendricks-on-university-of-british-columbias-policy-81\/\" target=\"_blank\">on the OPN blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, there was a writeup of my research on peer feedback on writing, on <a title=\"&quot;Peer Feedback on Writing: How Much is Enough?&quot;\" href=\"http:\/\/bccampus.ca\/2015\/02\/10\/peer-feedback-on-writing-how-much-is-enough\/\" target=\"_blank\">the BCcampus website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And then there was <a title=\"&quot;Improving the Adoption of Open Textbooks Through Faculty Advocates&quot;\" href=\"http:\/\/bccampus.ca\/2014\/10\/09\/improving-adoption-of-open-textbooks-through-faculty-advocates\/\" target=\"_blank\">an article about the three Faculty Fellows<\/a> (including me) with the BCcampus Open Textbook program for 2014-2015.<\/p>\n<p>So it&#8217;s not the <em>New York Times<\/em> or even the CBC, but hey, it&#8217;s a start.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, this is kind of exciting for me.
