Individuals frequently cannot gets fast and enough response. Under limited time, it would be very hard to organize an efficient work flow. Therefore, in order to prevent any possible delays and unexpected problems. Individuals needs more focus on deadlines, long-term goals and a whole map perspective.
2. Disable to make face-to-face meeting.
     Communication have to rely on online tools such as Skype, Google docs, Hangouts and LMS. Most of the discussion are text-based, which may leads to misunderstand and insufficient communication. Online meeting is also limited. Not only nonverbal expression is blocked, but also the tools that support online meeting a limited and mostly not user friendly. Less communication negatively influence the outcomes of learning and also leads to disagreement and even conflict. It is especially harmful to intellectual works.
     Without the opportunity of making direct connection, peers may not be able to develop close relationship and create learning communication. Peers might lost the chances to learn during collaboration and process informal learning. The width and depth of discussion are also deeply influenced by this superficial interaction.
3. Integrate distinctions becomes a real challenge.
     As the consequence of superficial communication. People may becomes more defensive and prefer hiding one’s distinctions. Lacking of synchronical interaction deteriorates the situation, which makes the integration of distinctions even harder. If the aim is creating a collaborative work, lacking of deep communication will fragmentize the work into different pieces.

5. Require more positive and focusing.
     Since developing a solid and close community requires more openness, time and good attitude. And besides that, most of the time individual has to rely on their own to solve problems. A successful student have to be more positive and focusing. Not only focusing on work, but also on building good relationship with peers and instructors, which might motivate people to be a better person.
