Source text:

On September 17, 1990, Lisa Olson, a sports reporter for The Boston Herald, charged five football players of the just-defeated New England Patriots with sexual harassment for making sexually suggestive and offensive remarks to her when she entered their locker room to conduct a post-game interview. The incident amounted to nothing short of “mind rape,” according to Olson.

Writer’s text:

As a sports reporter for the Boston Herald, she entered the locker room to carry out a post-game interview; however, she was put through sexually offensive “mind rape”.

Writer’s comment:

Basically I read through it and summarized it. This term (mind rape), I got it from the source. The victim said it was like “mind rape” so I quoted it…My prof said instead of citing every sentence, you can just cite it first and them make a footnote at the end, saying that all, everything in this section is from this source. So that’s what I did.
