Writer’s text:
Platinum is the best known monometallic catalyst for the reactions in PEFC [4].
Writer’s comment:
… the word monometallic I copied completely. …well, the focus of the study was on platinum and I wanted to get to the point why I’m studying platinum so I use this as an opening to say why we are using this specific material… if someone’s not quite familiar with the area they would want to know why I say this… it’s related to [my view] that platinum is expensive we are looking for a way to reduce using platinum and from there I justify our work. So … going from costs to reducing the cost… … I added my own interpretation to relate it to the cost. … I did it to make it related to my own paper. … I think the authors wants to say the importance or the direction of research, my sentence centers on the importance of platinum rather than where the research is being done.
