Unfortunately, a recent estimate of maternal mortality in Indonesia suggests that previous reforms and policies were not sufficient to reduce the country MMR according to MDG Five (15).

This is more of an interpretation. From this survey report, they had said “The maternal mortality ratio is ….” I know the goal number from previous reports. This is very far from what the goal is going to be. … It does, to some extent, become my idea. Yeah, I guess I’m not always aware if I do that.
