Evan has been hard at work creating 3D drafts of the existing Learning Exchange Carport in Google Sketchup. The first shows a view from outside the roller gate.
The second picture is a top view, and shows the arrangement of the existing shelves, bins, and storage space.

The progress you have made is impressive – in terms of the project planning you have clearly defined the scope of the project. I’ll be interested to hear about the consultation – i.e., the process you planned and the outcomes of the process.
The sketch-up views are excellent. Is your goal to produce working drawings? Or are you aiming to produce a dimensioned sketch-up model as the deliverable to the client? Please let me know via e-mail if you need help with this.
