The conference venue is The University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) in Kelowna, BC. If you are flying, book flights for the Kelowna International Airport.
Accommodation
On-Campus Residence Rooms
Depending on where you stay in Kelowna, the conference venue may not be easily accessible by public transit. We highly recommend staying on campus. There are residence rooms with a special conference price.
Off-Campus Hotels
If you prefer to stay at a hotel, the two closest are the Four Points by Sheraton and Hampton Inn and Suites. Both are close to UBCO but have limited access to public transit.
Hotels downtown, near the Queensway Transit Exchange may be better options because of the availability of public transit to and from UBCO. The 97 bus comes about every 15 minutes and may take 35 minutes to reach UBCO depending on traffic.
