Part of this exploration involves spending time in the space we are studying. Creating a blog and using it as a means of exploring questions of Indigenous new media in a tangible way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why the Black &amp; White?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I chose the black and white theme and to have (the majority of) the images I use in black and white as a recognition that I am a settler writing about Indigenous cultures in a territory that is not my own. I can&#8217;t see these worldviews in the full spectrum of colour that Indigenous people who are part of them can. I am writing about them while being outside of them.
