Her primary clinical interests include working with preschool and school-age children\u00a0who present with various pediatric speech, language, and social communication delays and disorders.\u00a0Her research interests include raising awareness of\u00a0 DLD in the educational setting, early\u00a0identification of DLD for children entering school, and the process of identifying DLD in\u00a0multilingual children.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"170\" data-end=\"196\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><strong data-start=\"170\" data-end=\"196\">Ali Hewton, MSc, RSLP,<\/strong> is a practising Speech-Language Pathologist and researcher.
