This project will evaluate the accuracy of three interpolation methods: Kriging, Cokriging, and Inverse Distance Weighted. Each method will be predicting the July mean air temperature using historical Environment Canada Climate Station data from 2015. Accuracy will be defined as the predicted difference between each method and climate data obtained from ClimateBC. Co-kriging will be interpolated using elevation and temperature records. By comparing the three error maps, cokriging showed the best coverage with an error-free zone covering the greater Vancouver area.
