Dear Leslie Smith:

I am writing to request a refund for an item that I ordered and did not receive. On April 28, I placed an online order (order ID #95262) through the Vancouver Aquarium Gift Shop. My order included one medium facemask and one large facemask. On June 6, 39 days after placing the order, I received a shipment that included two medium facemasks and zero large facemasks. Not only did the order take an unacceptably long period of time to arrive, it failed to include the items as ordered. You can imagine my disappointment.

I ordered these facemasks because I value the Vancouver Aquarium and I had hoped to support the aquarium during this difficult economic time brought about by the COVID-19 closure.

I hope that this issue will be resolved quickly.
