Added reference at the end. Recorded again some parts. Changed some pictures as well. It took more than what I expected to fix.
After checking Youtube auto-subtitle, obviously in some parts my pronunciation is not clear. Therefore, I added English subtitle. Hopefully, people understand what I say, at least.
