- Read “How do you tackle a ‘wicked’ issue?”, by Robert Ashton (The Guardian, June 2012).
- Read “The Problem with Problem Statements”, by Thaler Pekar (Stanford Social Innovation Review, September 10 2012)
- Browse the Social Enterprise and Social Venture “Stories of Impact” on Vancity’s website, and choose one company featured there that interests you. Do a little bit more online research about the organization’s business model so you are ready to discuss in class.
