In this class you will work through a practice live case and the process that you will repeat for the five graded mini-cases.
1. Learning objectives:
- Understand and develop skills in strategic analysis of live cases.
- Work with messy and incomplete data, and revise your approach as new data is revealed.
- Synthesize analysis to make supported recommendations to decision-makers.
2. Preparation:
- In class 7 in your teams you should read and prepare to discuss the following case. Note, each individual has calculations to do before class. We will start by comparing these calculations and the thought process behind them.
