Example:
I will meet for 15 minutes with teams 5 through 9 in the classroom to take any Qs and provide guidance as you finalize your project.
Team 5: 2pm; Team 6: 2.15pm, team 7: 2.30pm, team 8: 2.45pm, team 9: 3pm.
I will also meet teams 1-4 in my office (HA 579) on the same day at the following times:
team 1: 12.30; team 2: 12.50; team 3: 9 a.m., team 4: 1.30pm.
All team members should be present and on time. The role of the team is to highlight the 2 or 3 key things that you would like advice on from me. Consider me as wearing the hat of “coach” at this time.
Teams 1-4 do not need to come to class in the 2-3.30 slot. And teams 5-9 may use the classroom to meet, so long as the noise level is low, but you do not have to be present except for your meeting time with me.
