At the end of the day, you become disappointed due to not getting the desired result as promised. Second step is to avoid eating before going to bed. Many studies argue that eating before sleep will cause you to gain weight. The resason behind this is that when you fall asleep your body’s metabolism slows down considerably and therefore, any undigested calorie that you ate will be stored as fat in your body. Lastly, adding exercise to the above stategies yields the best result because exercise, beyond weight loss, has many health benefits such as slowing aging processes and improving mental health.
