Community Mediation Project – Vancouver

Parties agree to meet in person and are assisted by trained mediators in conflict resolution.

Each party provides a summary of the issues and current status of the dispute to Community Mediation Vancouver in order for the mediator to review in advance of the mediation.  This helps the mediators to become familiar with your situation so that they are better able to help you during the mediation process itself.

Once there is agreement of all parties to mediate the dispute, a mediators will be assigned and a mediation date, time and location scheduled.
