We do not foresee any risks in participating in this study. You are free to quit the study at any time and can choose not to answer <\/span>any questions that make you feel uncomfortable.<\/span><\/h3>\n

What are the benefits of participating in this study?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Participants who fill out our pre-screening survey will be entered in a prize draw for a 1 in 25 chance of winning a<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>$20 Amazon e-voucher. <\/span>If you are invited to join this study, you will<\/span> receive up to an $80 honorarium for participating in the program and <\/span>surveys.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Additionally, as a participant in this study, you may benefit from the enjoyment of participating in the study program and your contribution will play a crucial role in building future wellness programs in your community. For more information on how we will ensure the protection of your privacy, please contact us.<\/h3>\n

What if I want to withdraw from the study?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Your participation is entirely voluntary. If you decide to take part in this study, you are free to withdraw at any time without giving any reasons for your decision.<\/span><\/h3>\n

How will my information be kept confidential?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

All of the information that you provide as a participant will be kept strictly confidential and<\/span>\u00a0will be identified by a code number (not by your name).<\/span>\u00a0Your contact information will be stored separately from other <\/span>survey<\/span> information<\/span> and will only be used <\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0inform your eligibility for the study participation and\/or <\/span>th<\/span>e prize draw<\/span> results<\/span>.
