Wellness Wednesday six

Final Season is officially around the corner as the days of going to classes slowly rolls to a stop. For some of you this may be your first set of finals or maybe even your last. All year you’ve work endlessly to pull together assignments, quizzes, midterms, projects, and now all that’s left to conquer is a test.

I wanted to remind everyone that during this final period often the greatest of our stressors come out.

The feeling when you can’t grasp one concept or one question, even after trying tirelessly throughout the day.

It is important to know that trying your best and planning a study schedule ahead of time will help tremendously. I found that organizing ahead of time what to go over, and what classes I need to focus more on, has helped me throughout my undergrad.

While this is officially my last “finals season” at UBC, I look forward to providing greater insights regarding my experience as a student here, and to continue to facilitate a positive environment for those around me!
