Wellness Wednesday nine

I feel many people have gone through a similar scenario of being stressed over the wait for something. Whether this something is the results of a test, the news of something big or maybe even the wait before your flight takes off. Why is it that in these moments our mind usually goes to the worst case scenario?

I feel like that has been my story for the past month, where I constantly refresh pages, anxiously waiting for the news of something big, re-read everything despite my inability to alter the moment. My mind has been jumping to the worst case scenario.

I think that these moments are something that we should reflect upon and re-think in a positive manner. Maybe the outcome is going to be worth the wait, and everything we want and more. Maybe we did amazing. I hope we move towards implementing more positive thinking into our daily lives, because we deserve to expect ourselves to excel. We should be able to believe in ourselves everyday. We should worry less, stress less, and expect the best.
