This is a predatory species at its larval stage. The body of the only preserved individual available had a wrinkled body, so the creepinng welts or parapods, if present, are not evident. We don’t have information on live appearance, so it’s unclear if this is because of preservation. The last abdominal segment has only four lobes, but only the two ventral ones are elongated and hook-shaped. Setae on lobes are visible only under a microscope.
