Enchytraeidae spp. [white]

In life, the body is transparent white with or without brown in the center due to gut content. Clitella is usually evident, white to gray, and more opaque than the rest of the body. Setae are present though not conspicuous. Individuals censused during the 2022 fall measured 3 – 15 mm. Two cryptic species were identified with molecular data: ANNC01, ANNC02.
