Very distinctive from other bromeliad invertebrates. Their body is long and cylindrical with dark purple/gray coloration. Distinct head capsule.
Cryptic diversity: One species was detected. Two individuals were sequenced.
Habitat: Rare occurence. Confirm whether they are aquatic or semiaquatic.
