This mentorship program runs from November to September.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of benefits of engaging in the mentorship program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing meaningful connections with peers who have similar interests<\/li>\n<li>Expanding your network<\/li>\n<li>Gaining leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Learning about relevant professional opportunities (e.g., workshops, events, practicum experiences)<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorming career development options and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Learning about different theoretical orientations or connecting about similar ones<\/li>\n<li>Sharing experiences and strategies related to navigating your degrees<\/li>\n<li>Discussing research ideas, academic challenges, and\/or scholarship applications<\/li>\n<li>Connecting with a supportive peer about self-care strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Sign up to be a Mentor!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NOVEMBER 1, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Are you entering your third+ year of the CNPS masters program? Were you a CNPS mentee in the previous year&gt; Are you in the PhD program? Did you already graduate from a graduate level CNPS program? Consider signing up to mentor a first- or second-year student.
