    Answers
    1. The following are ways global education conflict in nations thinking and in national curriculum?
    2. In the nation there are individuals with diverse ethnic, gender, linguistic, racial and socioeconomic backgrounds. They will experience some of history’s most serious health problems, inequities among less-developed and more nations, environmental deteriorations, over population, transitional migrations, ethnic nationalism and the decline of the nation -state.
Therefore, I feel that relevant curriculum is needed to help students of differing world views to understand and function effectively in the social, cultural and economic worlds and to be able to understand the nation of globalization and the role of global education.
    3. How can include global education and perspective in our classroom ?
The first step towards global awareness is shaping of the learners students can think and look critically at the societal problems and will find their classroom a more exciting and challenging place.
Engaging students in learning through the dialogue enhances their journey to the knowledge and competency. Focusing, understandings of double consciousness enhance their awareness globally.
There is need to change social studies in reaction to the constantly changing world. Teachers will need to develop a global knowledge, to experience cross-cultural experiences and expand their own prospective of the world in order to help students achieve their goals.
The media is another area that presents students can find other sources of information compare understanding other ways to get information is through cross-cultural interactions, presentations by guest speakers, videos, biography.

    4. What are the challenges of bringing global education into our class room ?
    I. Inadequate alignment of the planning of human resource to development needs mainly due to lack of reliability and timely data on the demands of the labour market. This is aggregated by the absence of skills inventory that would indicated the distribution of skills and industry trends necessary for planning the country’s future training programs.
There is a mismatch between the skill possessed by the job seekers and those required by industry which leads to under-utilization of the exciting human resources capacity and poor state of infrastructure and equipment for research and higher education and training .
The inadequate scientific expertise in the country lack of advocacy for ST & I at high political and policy level, low science culture among the population and weak mechanism for implementation, evaluation and review of STI .
    5. What values are identified in the vision and mission statement of the country’s ministry?
    I. Integrity – committed to acting in an honest, accountable and transparent manner in all our undertakings.
II. Professionalism – committed to the highest levels of achievement obtainable through competencies and critical skills.
III. Teamwork—embrace teamwork and collaboration both within the ministry and with all the partners in the provision of education services.
IV. Excellence—committed to world class benchmarking of standards
    V. Efficiency – strive to achieve the highest value of benefit from the deployment of resources, particularly to the learner.
VI. Innovativeness—and creativity – committed to setting and maintaining high standards of education and training through continuous improvement of service delivery.
VII. Upholding cultural diversity – education seeks to create a cohesive society where all people live together harmoniously regardless of race, tribe creed, or geographic area of origin.
