While I work in Bank Of Montreal, there are three goals I want to achieve.
Firstly, I want to learn specific terms about banking by listening to my co-workers carefully.
Secondly, I will speak only in English except when they need my Korean language skill.
Thirdly, I will smile all the time for customers and my colleagues because my facial represents the brand of myself and also BMO.
