Accepting Failure

Evernote wants to become the Nike for your brain

Responding to Alex Wou’s blog post “Accepting Failure” I agree with his views on entrepreneurship regarding failure. Just as we talked about entrepreneurship in class he clearly states our definition of an entrepreneur as being someone who takes on takes on financial risks in business and tries to turn them into profit. For entrepreneurs they always run the risk of failing, but there is always room for them to succeed and if things go how they want they can benefit a lot from it. But an unfortunate reality for entrepreneurs as Alex pointed out is that they have to be willing to accept failure. Willingness to accept failure is a very important part of business I believe. Business ideas should have some sort of reasoning to back them up but if someone is too scared to fail and don’t try it there is no telling how successful something would have been.
