Format:  one page (input into the Media Library and submit note indicating  completion to the Assignment Dropbox).<br \/>\n<strong><em>Tooning Educational Technology<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>Low&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;Avg&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;High<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nSocial Voting Popularity<br \/>\nHow funny, smart, dumb, etc. is the comic?
