Carter<\/a> award for his PhD thesis. This is the third time our group has won this award (Bo Fang won in 2020, and Karthik Pattabiraman in 2008). <a href=\"https:\/\/ece.ubc.ca\/ece-phd-graduate-pritam-dash-wins-prestigious-william-c-carter-award-in-dependable-computing\/\">ECE story<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/dependablesystemslab\/2026\/04\/29\/thinking-inside-the-box-injecting-realistic-radiation-faults-in-ml-accelerators\/\">DSN&#8217;26 paper<\/a> received a best paper award and a distinguished paper award. Congratulations to Abraham Chan and Mani Sadati for leading this work. <a href=\"https:\/\/ece.ubc.ca\/ubc-ece-research-wins-best-paper-and-distinguished-paper-awards-at-dsn-2026\/\">ECE Story<\/a>. <\/li>\n<li>Our research was recently spotlighted by UBC as part of the MASI center.
