This is a sticky post!!! Make sure it sticks!
This should then split into other pages with layout, images, HTML tags, and other things.

Sitback and watch as Anderson Couper tears apart a republican “Birther”. Just goes to show, something doesn’t have to be true for a bunch of people to buy into it…realted to marketing…I think sooo

There is the link to the Cambridge branding manual, I just think it’s cool how much work gets put into something as simple as how to present a logo…
Well folks…or whoever actually bothers to read my blog…yeah…the T.A at the end of the year, NO MATTER!. Anyway I feel like a little part of me died today when I saw this.
I’m sorry, but I don’t believe for a single second that chevron gives a damn about the environment, one of the most enviromentally friendly things they could do is simply go out of business. Which is why I was particularly ecstatic when I saw THIS:
Because honestly, chevron must think we’re all retarded if they think we’re going to buy into their ad campaign. Thankfully, a gorilla campaign has started up to combat it. For more info go to

This has absolutely nothing to do with marketing, it was however one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. I suppose it is however quite interesting how the dub-step community comes together to promote shows, no events really get advertised for Fortune (a “sound-club” in china town) yet somehow they always get sold out. Its really interesting how tight nit the community is, all things considered. I only heard about this show because of somebody I had met at another one; I went with a group of about 8 people, I only knew 3 of them, I don’t think a single person in the group new everybody. Just goes to show the power of word of mouth.
Me in the front row…clearly very, very happy to be there…
Another example of what the public can do to help marketing in the music industry, Tyler Ward started off as just another youtube webcam ‘Cover Artist”… except one thing made him different, he was really, REALLY good. As a result he completely blew up on youtube, and now is transitioning slowly into making his own music, and becoming a recording artist,
The way in which food is produced and marketed has become horribly stagnet, we see in this ted talk, that if restaurants change the way they buy, sell, and market food they can actully make more money while preserving sustainability. For example, if a restaurant shrinks portion sizes, and uses “green list” seafood, they can reduce food cost, from their the benefit is obvious of branding themselves as healthy, fresh, and eco-friendly.
First I will fill you into the wonder that is the Philly D show
Philip Defranko is a one of the highest paid (yes they pay them) youtubers on the web, his show is a lax look at the days events and tends to focus on the news people (and by people I mean me) usually care about. It tends to be a mix of standard CNN, NEWS-NET style news, along with tabloids (BOO!), and his one opinions… which are usually hilarious. This fun mix has allowed him to become one of the most subscribed to shows on Youtube.
And here’s where we get to the marketing bit…what happens when lovable Philly-d gets a large check in the mail from Hollywood producers?
This
Well needless to say, I go and spend 30 some-odd dollars, (I took my girlfriend) on the worst movie I’ve seen in a REALLY, REALLY long time.
Just goes to show the revolution the internet has brought to marketing
