Cardiorespiratory Training Workout
These are SAMPLE workouts and should only be used for informational purposes. Workouts should not be attempted without professional explanation and supervision.
Warm Up should be done prior to aerobic exercise and should include 5-10 minutes of brisk walking on the treadmill followed by Dynamic stretchingÂ
Cool Down should be done following each workout and should include an easy walking pace for 5-10 minutes, allowing heart rate to decrease, with static/general stretching occurring afterwards.
