It&#8217;s all about <a href=\"http:\/\/leap.ubc.ca\/get_started\/learning_skills\/toolkits\/?CA=35471\">group process<\/a> in the online environment.  We&#8217;ve mainly pulled together resources from elsewhere but found some excellent pieces on <a href=\"http:\/\/leap.ubc.ca\/get_together\/managing_confli\/\">managing conflict<\/a>, which were developed at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grad.ubc.ca\/gradpd\/guides\/conflict.html\">UBC<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Online Groupwork Toolkit is posted on the <a href=\"http:\/\/leap.ubc.ca\/\">LEAP <\/a>site for easy access and we are sharing the content via <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RSS_(file_format)\">RSS<\/a> with the Orientation to Online Learning &#8211; which will be revised for May.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Group work Originally uploaded by sparklefish.
