In this initiative, we strive towards equitable partnerships, trusting relationships, and transparency in our intentions and activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These principles guide EaSEIL&#8217;s work and activity outputs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FAIR<\/strong>: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable <em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/sdata201618\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Wilkinson at al., 2016<\/span><\/mark><\/a>)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CARE<\/strong>: Collective Benefit, Authority to Control, Responsibility, Ethics <em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/datascience.codata.org\/articles\/10.5334\/dsj-2020-043\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Carroll et. al., 2020<\/span><\/mark><\/a>)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TRUST<\/strong>: Transparency, Responsibility, User focus, Sustainability, Technology <em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41597-020-0486-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lin et al., 2020<\/span><\/mark><\/a>)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As such, we amplify good practices and work already happening. We meet people where they are. We collaborate and consult. We pause, reflect, and aim to do no harm.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Community Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the Community of Practice we aimed to create a learning environment where respect for one another and collaboration to enhance understanding or produce resources\/ideas were at the forefront.
